As we had discussed in our last video, that if we, human beings have come on this earth, we have got this life, it is definitely for a ‘purpose’. Where have we come from, why have we come here and what is our destination?
These questions echo in everyone’s mind.
Namaskaar: Today, I Moksha Ajay am going to talk about some interesting facts and dimensions of ‘spirituality’.
If we make MOKSHA as our ultimate aim in life, we will see that ‘worrying’ is the biggest obstruction in that path. We keep on worrying about little things that sometimes do not even exist in reality; they’re just in our mind, in our thoughts. But we root these tensions so deep in our minds that we are unable to live fully. Everyone in this world is on a journey of their own. We not only worry about our own self, but also add an extra pressure of worrying about others around us. However, we must realise that everyone has their own lives and their own set of worries which belong to them and not to us.
Now the question is; How do we come out of these worries?
Here’s the answer; Whenever we feel that inspite of trying our best, we are unable to get relieved of these tensions, the best way is to submit and surrender ourselves in the hands of God. Even the life that we have got, has been given by the almighty. We need to think this way; “Dear God, I am unable to handle and control my life, so you please take over and guide me along.”
When we bring in these thoughts and emotions, we truly start living and our life begins to bloom like a flower. So, strengthen this dedication, this devotion, this belief within you. It certainly won’t happen overnight, but you got to have patience and stay positive. Never leave the trust and belief in God. The more you believe, the more you live freely.
Bring in ‘devotion’ and ‘love’ into your lives. It is ‘love’ that really connects you with God. This life, this universe, everything belongs to the Almighty.
I would conclude by saying that since we have got this beautiful life, live it fully with peace, joy and tranquility.
We’ll talk about some more interesting facts and ideas about Spirituality that would help us acquire MOKSHA.
